Paul Francisco and the NU Bulldogs aim to solidify their grip on the top spot when they face the resurgent FEU Tamaraws in the UAAP Season 88 men’s basketball tournament on Wednesday, November 12.

The match is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

The league-leading Bulldogs (9–2) can secure at least a playoff for the twice-to-beat advantage in the Final Four with a win.

However, NU will look to be sharper this time after narrowly escaping Adamson in the team's last outing.

Francisco, who scored nine points but missed some crucial shots late, will be eager to bounce back alongside key contributors Jake Figueroa and Steve Nash Enriquez.

Meanwhile, FEU (4–6) faces a crucial stretch in its Final Four bid. The Tamaraws cannot afford another setback as they jockey for position in the middle of the pack with Adamson, UST, and Ateneo.

Jorick Bautista will be key in FEU’s upset bid after scoring 12 points in their last game against Adamson.

The matchup promises to test FEU’s grit and NU’s composure as both teams chase vital positioning heading into the final stretch of eliminations.
