Defending champion NU aims to take another step toward clinching a twice-to-beat edge as the Lady Bulldogs battle the FEU Lady Tamaraws in the UAAP Season 88 women’s basketball tournament on Wednesday, November 12, at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

Match time is at 7:00 p.m.

At 10–1, National U remains in second place, just behind the unbeaten UST Growling Tigresses at 10–0, as both teams battle for the top spot. 

The Lady Bulldogs are coming off a dominant 86–57 victory over the Adamson Lady Falcons, marking their ninth straight win.

Karl Ann Pingol tallied her second consecutive triple-double, putting up 17 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists. 

Not to be outdone, Angel Surada (18), Marga Villanueva (16) and Tin Cayabyab (13) also logged double-digit scoring outings in a balanced effort.

Now gunning for a 10th successive dub, NU is looking to replicate its dominant 89-64 result over FEU in their opening-round showdown.
