Former SexBomb Girls member Rochelle Pangilinan was in attendance as the UE Pep Squad performed a routine inspired by the Filipino girl group during the UAAP Season 87 Cheerdance Competition at the Mall of Asia Arena Sunday.
Pangilinan was sitting courtside as the cheerdancers from UE performed to the tune of SexBomb hits like Halukay Ube and The Spaghetti Song, dazzling in their costumes also paying tribute to the iconic local group.
UE performed second in the highly-anticipated annual event, which feature all eight schools.
Rochelle was shown on the jumbotron right after the UE performance, much to the delight of the packed Mall of Asia Arena crowd. She was a member of SexBomb from 1999 to 2011 before embarking on a solo career.
Apart from her work with SexBomb, Pangilinan also worked as an actor in TV shows and film.
UE’s performance was featured in a plethora of performances that drew inspiration from various themes — including karaoke, “Batang 90s,” and the Big Bang.
