The UAAP Season 86 men’s volleyball tournament is down to its final two game days with still plenty of repercussions for teams that have reached the Final Four.
While Far Eastern University is already locked up at top, National University and De La Salle University are still neck-and-neck for the last twice-to-beat advantage in the Final Four.
The University of Santo Tomas, on the other hand, is looking to continue their solid form with a win on the final day.

April 24, 2024 (Wednesday)
Ateneo vs. Adamson (10:00 a.m.)
The Ateneo Blue Eagles were the last team to be booted out of Final Four contention after their loss to the DLSU Green Spikers on Sunday.
The Blue Eagles definitely rued some of their missed chances which included a loss against the Adamson Soaring Falcons in the first round.
The Falcons will look to have the last laugh once more as they hope to end Season 86 with a victory.
NU vs FEU (12:00 p.m.)
The FEU Tamaraws have only experienced one defeat so far in UAAP Season 86—and that came at the hands of the NU Bulldogs, who escaped with a five-set victory in the first round, 25-22, 21-25, 25-14, 23-25, 18-16.
Having already secured the top seed and a twice-to-beat advantage, all the pressure will be on the Bulldogs, who are tied with the Lady Archers for the second seed.
The goal is simple for NU—win.
But with FEU’s form as of late, expect another thrilling match between the two squads.
April 27, 2024 (Saturday)
UP vs UE (10:00 a.m.)
Both with just a win under their belt this season, the UP Fighting Maroons and the UE Red Warriors will look to end their tournament on a solid note.
UE’s first win in the season came after defeating UP in five sets, 25-21, 19-25, 28-30, 27-25, 15-12.
The Fighting Maroons, meanwhile, managed to pull off an incredible victory over the Falcons and will now seek a victory over the Red Warriors.
UST vs De La Salle (4:00 p.m.)
In the final match of the elimination round, the DLSU Green Spikers will square off once more against the UST Golden Spikers.
La Salle will need a win to either secure the twice-to-beat advantage or a playoff for the semis bonus, depending on NU’s match against FEU.
UST, on the other hand, will look to grab momentum heading into the Final Four.
In their first-round encounter, the Green Spikers came away with a four-set victory over the Golden Spikers, 25-22, 23-25, 25-21, 25-15.
Anticipate another intense showdown between UST and La Salle.
