It’s safe to say the 2026 PVL offseason reshaped the league landscape.

The exit of two champion franchises triggered a wave of movement across the PVL, forcing teams to act fast and think big.

Here’s a look at the biggest winners, squads that addressed key needs and emerged stronger heading into the 2026 All-Filipino Conference.

1. Nxled Chameleons

Nxled is the clear offseason winner after assembling the deepest and most accomplished haul in the league.

The Chameleons landed championship-tested stars and elite veterans, instantly transforming their ceiling into a true title contender.

2. Farm Fresh Foxies / ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles

Under the umbrella of Strong Group Athletics, Farm Fresh and ZUS Coffee positioned themselves well for the present and future.

The acquisitions of proven stars and respected coaches gives both teams credibility and flexibility.

Key additions: Ara Galang, Mylene Paat, Imee Hernandez, Remy Palma, Chie Saet, Bia General, Royse Tubino, Koji Tsuzurabara (coach), Kungfu Reyes (assistant coach)

Regardless of how the talent will be divided, both squads now boast veteran cores capable of stabilizing lineups and pushing for deep runs.


3. Choco Mucho Flying Titans

In an offseason defined by star movement, Choco Mucho’s biggest victory was landing Eya Laure—arguably the most coveted local star available.

Laure’s arrival instantly elevates the Flying Titans’ potential, giving them another franchise centerpiece alongside Sisi Rondina.

Capital1 Solar Spikers

A quietly impressive rebuild featuring Cherry Nunag, Pauline Gaston, Ezra Madrigal, Rachel Jorvina, France Ronquillo, Ysa Jimenez, Shaya Adorador, and Jasmine Nabor gave Capital1 depth and balance.

Creamline Cool Smashers

The 10-time PVL champions stayed selective but impactful, adding star libero Jen Nierva and veteran coach Mark Alfafara while maintaining championship continuity.

As the dust settles on one of the busiest offseason in league history, the 2026 PVL landscape looks drastically different—deeper, more competitive, and far less predictable.

All eyes turn to the opening serve as the PVL All-Filipino Conference begins on January 31.
