Former PVL MVP Mylene Paat has found her next professional platform, signing with Strong Group Athletics following the disbandment of the Chery Tiggo Crossovers.

Paat becomes the latest high-profile acquisition under the SGA umbrella as the group continues to stockpile veteran talent ahead of the 2026 PVL All-Filipino Conference.

The seasoned wing spiker now joins a growing offseason haul that includes Imee Hernandez, Remy Palma, Chie Saet, Bia General, Royse Tubino, Renee Penafiel, Karen Verdeflor, and Cess Robles.

With Paat’s move to SGA secured, the lefty spiker is expected to suit up for either the Farm Fresh Foxies or the ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles in the upcoming All-Filipino Conference.

Paat’s signing comes on the heels of her long-awaited return to competition during the 2025 PVL Reinforced Conference.

She had been sidelined for over a year after suffering a supraspinatus tear—more commonly known as a rotator cuff tear—in her left shoulder.

Now back in action, the former PVL MVP is expected to provide SGA-affiliated teams with veteran savvy, scoring presence, and leadership.
