RODRIGUEZ, Rizal — The Choco Mucho Flying Titans made sure to end their 2025 PVL Reinforced Conference a solid note after taking down the Akari Chargers in four sets, 25-23, 21-25, 25-23, 25-21, on Tuesday, November 18, here at the Ynares Center Montalban.

Tied at 15-all in the fourth set, the Flying Titans got some much-needed separation after a 5-1 run led by veterans Royse Tubino and Cherry Nunag.

The Chargers, however, wouldn’t go away that easily after pulling to within two points at 19-21.

But crucial blocks by Maddie Madayag and Isa Molde restored Choco Mucho’s four-point lead, before Annie Mitchem’s spike sailed wide leading to match point.

Camille Victoria and Ced Domingo scored back-to-back points for the Chargers but import Marlee Smith eventually sealed the win with a cross-court kill.

Tubino finished with a triple-double of 20 points, 11 excellent digs, and 10 excellent receptions.

Choco Mucho ends the conference with a 3-5 record for 9th place, just missing out on a quarterfinal berth. On the other hand, Akari dropped to 4-4, currently at 7th place in the standings.
