The Nxled Chameleons look to finally break through and score their first win of the conference as they face the powerhouse Creamline Cool Smashers in the 2025 PVL Reinforced Conference.
The Nxled Chameleons aim to finally end their drought and earn a breakthrough victory as they take on the Creamline Cool Smashers in the 2025 PVL Reinforced Conference on Thursday, November 6, at the FilOil EcoOil Arena in San Juan.
The Chameleons enter the second round of the tournament still in search of their first win after a challenging first phase, but their spirited performances show a team eager to turn the corner.
Spanish import Paola Martinez has been a consistent offensive force and remains the heart of Nxled’s attack and currently ranks among the conference’s top scorers.
The 27-year-old spiker continues to carry much of the offensive load for Nxled, but she’ll need stronger support from the team’s locals — including captain Chiara Permentilla, Lyann De Guzman, and Lycha Ebon — to challenge Creamline’s experienced lineup.

Despite their 0-5 record, the Chameleons have shown flashes of improvement, pushing higher-ranked teams to tight sets under Italian coach Ettore Guidetti’s system.
They’ll face a Creamline squad coming off a statement win over Chery Tiggo, where import Courtney Schwan and veterans Alyssa Valdez, Michele Gumabao, and Tots Carlos powered the Cool Smashers back into title-contender form.
The Nxled–Creamline match serves as the first game of Thursday’s double-header at 4:00 p.m.
