Two-time SEA Games gold medalist Jamie Lim made her PVL courtside debut and shared a heartfelt post on Instagram celebrating the milestone.
Two-time SEA Games karate gold medalist Jamie Lim celebrated a new milestone this week, making her debut as a PVL courtside reporter during the thrilling five-set clash between Cignal HD Spikers and Creamline Cool Smashers in the 2025 PVL Invitational.
After her first assignment, Lim shared her excitement and gratitude on Instagram:
“courtside reporter era 🙆🏻??? made it through my debut thanks to the PVL fam 🥹 swipe to see all the love!” she wrote, posting photos from her debut.
Lim admitted she couldn’t have asked for a better start.
“I’m just grateful, set five thriller, so parang bonggang bongga talaga ‘yong debut ko,” she said.
As an athlete herself, Lim loves telling the stories of fellow volleyball players and connecting with the sports community in a new way.
The weekend also saw a triple J takeover, with Jaime Escalon, Jamie Lavitoria, and Jamie Lim all courtside, bringing their own energy to the PVL Invitational.
Lim’s Instagram post perfectly captured the excitement of her debut, giving fans a glimpse of her new role in the league.
