Farm Fresh head coach Alessandro Lodi urged fans to be patient as veterans Ces Molina and Riri Meneses continue their conditioning before returning to the PVL taraflex.
Farm Fresh head coach Alessandro Lodi called for patience from fans eagerly anticipating the debut of veteran recruits Ces Molina and Riri Meneses.
The veteran duo recently signed with the Foxies, marking the end of their PVL transfer saga after their shock exit from the Cignal HD Spikers last season.
While they have yet to join the team for the ongoing PVL on Tour, Lodi said that they are prioritizing their conditioning and long-term health before giving them court time.
“There has been a lot of talking about these two players. Yes, they are on our roster now,” Lodi said. “The first priority is to get them in shape, keeping their health, so we will not see them on the court for a while.”
It’s been six months since Molina and Meneses last played in a PVL match, with their previous outing being last December 14 during Cignal’s defeat to Petro Gazz in the 2024-25 All-Filipino Conference.
And with a new system in place at Farm Fresh, the Italian tactician wants to make sure that the two will be properly integrated first.
“We’ll give them time and just like all these other players did in the beginning, they will have the time to get in shape,” Lodi explained.
“So, to all the fans, be patient, you will see them on the court eventually, but now is the time for the other players, who have many, many weeks of work under their belts, to show what they’ve got,” he added.

For now, the Foxies have their sights set on their upcoming match tomorrow, July 13, against the Petro Gazz Angels to wrap up the PVL on Tour leg in Ilagan City, Isabela.
“We'll see what happens tomorrow. It's a completely new challenge,” said Lodi. “We know it's difficult, but ultimately, it's what we love to d,o and so we embrace that challenge.”
