The PLDT High Speed Hitters aim to stay unbeaten in the PVL on Tour as they clash with the PVL All-Filipino champions, Petro Gazz Angels, in Ilagan City.
After an impressive start to their PVL on Tour campaign, the PLDT High Speed Hitters are out to sustain their momentum when they take on the experienced Petro Gazz Angels on Saturday, July 12, at the Capital Arena in Ilagan, Isabela.
The High Speed Hitters made quick work of the Farm Fresh Foxies in their lone outing so far, 25-18, 25-21, 28-26, relying on a balanced attack and solid defense to kick off their preseason campaign on a high note.
While star recruit Savi Davison continues to sit out along with rookies Alleiah Malaluan and Dell Palomata, the latter two fulfilling national team duties with Alas Pilipinas, PLDT still has plenty of firepower.
The duo of Kiesha Bedonia and Jovy Prado, with veteran leaders Mika Reyes, Majoy Baron, Kianna Dy, and Kim Fajardo will once again be at the helm for coach Rald Ricafort’s squad.

Up next is a Petro Gazz side that, despite missing MVPs Brooke Van Sickle and MJ Phillips, remains dangerous behind a veteran core led by Jonah Sabete and Myla Pablo.
A win for PLDT will not only boost its bid in Pool B but also affirm the High Speed Hitters' depth and chemistry heading into the later stage of the preseason tilt.
Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
