Pearl Denura is officially joining the professional ranks.

Exactly 10 days after going undrafted in the 2025 PVL Rookie Draft, the former NU Lady Bulldogs libero has signed with the Cignal HD Spikers, the team confirmed on Wednesday, June 18.

Denura reunites with fellow NU standout Erin Pangilinan and La Salle’s Jessa Oridales, both of whom were selected by Cignal in the draft.

Along with the signing of the three rookies, the HD Spikers also secured the services of rising star Ishie Lalongisip with a long-term deal following her strong showing in the 2024–25 All-Filipino Conference.

Known for her composed floor defense and big-game experience, Denura was a vital part of NU’s back-to-back UAAP championships.

While she went undrafted, her winning pedigree and leadership made her a prized acquisition for Cignal as they continue to deepen their roster for upcoming tournaments.

She now joins a seasoned HD Spikers squad anchored by Vanie Gandler, Gel Cayuna, and Lalongisip, and will compete for a spot in the rotation alongside fellow liberos Dawn Catindig and Buding Duremdes.

Denura is expected to make her professional debut during the PVL on Tour, where she will have the opportunity to earn playing time under head coach Shaq Delos Santos.
