The Farm Fresh Foxies are out to secure momentum heading into the qualification round of the PVL All-Filipino Conference as they go toe-to-toe with the Capital1 Solar Spikers.
The Farm Fresh Foxies look to position themselves within the Top 8 heading into the qualification round of the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference as they tussle with the Capital1 Solar Spikers at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig on Tuesday, February 18.
The Foxies are coming off a straight-sets defeat to the Creamline Cool Smashers last Tuesday and are hoping to get back into the win column before the playoffs.
A win for the Foxies will see them facing either the Cignal HD Spikers, Choco Mucho Flying Titans, or PLDT High Speed Hitters in the qualification round.
Caitlin Viray is expected to have a bigger role against the Solar Spikers with Trisha Tubu, who is the fourth leading scorer in the conference, nursing some back pains.
The former UST standout had a solid outing against the Cool Smashers, putting up 11 points in the loss.
Aside from Viray, the Benson Bocboc-led squad is also expecting solid performances from Jolina Dela Cruz, Alyssa Bertolano, and Louie Romero.
Bertolano is currently seventh among Best Receivers with a 24.91% efficiency rate, while Romero is third among Best Setters with 4.06 excellent sets per frame.
