The Chery Tiggo Crossovers are ready to launch their 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference campaign against the Capital1 Solar Spikers Tuesday, with a refreshed lineup and new leadership at the helm.

Despite missing the semifinals in the previous Reinforced Conference, Chery Tiggo was a Final Four team in last season’s All-Filipino, and the Crossovers are aiming to return to that form under UAAP Season 86 champion coach Norman Miguel, who steps in as the team’s new head coach.

While the Crossovers faced significant departures in the offseason, including defensive ace Buding Duremdes and star sisters EJ and Eya Laure, they have bolstered their roster with the addition of Jules Samonte.

Samonte joins a solid lineup featuring stalwarts like Aby Maraño, Ara Galang, Pauline Gaston, and former conference MVP Mylene Paat.

With Miguel’s championship experience and a retooled squad, Chery Tiggo is poised for a strong start, looking to reestablish its place among the league’s elite in the All-Filipino opener.

Game time against Capital1 is set for 6:30 p.m. live from the PhilSports Arena.
