With a great blend of veterans such as MVP Ces Molina, Jovelyn Gonza, and their newly-recruited libero Dawn Macandili-Catinding, and young stars such as Vanie Gandler and Jov Fernandez, Cignal screams power now more than ever.

Capital1 Power Spikers
Rising.
While they may be a new team in the PVL, the Power Spikers are headed by well-experienced libero Bingle Landicho and UAAP standout Ja Lana.

Chery Tiggo Crossovers
Fiery.
Newly-recruited Aby Maraño and Ara Galang brought a new set of arsenal for the Chery Tiggo Crossovers. They may have fallen short of a podium finish in the recent 2023 PVL Second All-Filipino Conference, but there is a burning desire in their eyes to grab the coveted podium and, most of all, the championship.
