Narit is looking for a challenge.
There's a lot to learn from coach Jerry Yee, just ask the Adamson Lady Falcons.
And Ateneo Blue Eagles' Joan Narit is willing to absorb all of that, as she starts her pro career with the Farm Fresh Foxies in the PVL.
"I still have so much to learn from him," Narit told One Sports' The Game on Tuesday.
"He really focuses on actually letting you do what you're actually good at. He allows you to actually grow on your own pace," the young middle blocker shared.
"He lets you make mistakes, he allows that. As long as you make sure that you know how to improve yourself."
Narit also explained why she decided to skip the rest of her time in blue and switched to orange.
"I was considering to play one more year because my heart is in Ateneo," she said. "Personally, it was about looking towards bigger fields, improving myself even more."
"What better way than to set yourself out there in a bigger league?" Narit added.
And it is going to be the biggest for the PVL yet as the Invitational Conference welcomes eleven local squads in the preliminaries, plus two foreign guest teams in the semifinals.
Narit is especially excited to play against the Choco Mucho Flying Titans because of her Ateneo seniors, like Maddie Madayag and Bea de Leon.
The Foxies will kick off the Invitational Conference on June 27 with a match against the Reinforced Conference bronze medalists F2 Logistics Cargo Movers at 4:00 p.m.
