The F2 Logistics Cargo Movers have lost to the Creamline Cool Smashers in the semifinals of the 2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference. It was in straight sets too.

Coach Regine Diego though said she told the players to look at the positives. For one thing, they finally reached the playoffs after falling short in the Reinforced Conference.

"Yung place nila last time, siyempre andito na sila ngayon," Diego told the media. "Top four. At the end of the day, panalo pa rin tayo."

She also noted that the Cargo Movers are generally healthy, with Myla Pablo even returning to the court after skipping several matches because of cramps.

"At this time, usually marami nang may masakit. This time hind ganun. It's also a win na sana walang major injuries at nasaktan. Pero kailangan pang magpalakas," she said.

Their back-to-back losses against the defending champions, Diego noted, is a learning experience. She has constantly noted that the Cargo Movers tend to relax after winning a set or gaining the lead.

"They should understand na ganito sa semifinals. Hindi pwedeng mabagal ka sa court. Kailangan mabilis makuha," she said.

The Cargo Movers lost in the semifinals, but the conference is not over yet. They still have a bronze medal match against the losers of the Petro Gazz Angels-PLDT High Speed Hitters matchup.

"'Di pa naman siya tapos. I keep saying that to the players," Diego said. "Don't stop when you're tired or when it hurts. You stop when you're done."
