Calvin Oftna and JM Calma are the reigning Three-Point Shootout and Obstacle Challenge champions in the PBA All-Star, respectively.
TNT star Calvin Oftana is ready to defend his Three Point Shootout title come the 2026 PBA All-Star Weekend in Candon City, Ilocos Sur next month.
Oftana will lock horns with the PBA all-time leader for 3-points made in Marcio Lassiter of San Miguel, Rain or Shine’s Andrei Caracut, Terrafirma’s Jerrick Ahanmisi, Magnolia’s Zavier Lucero, Titan Ultra’s Joshua Munzon, Blackwater’s Sedrick Barefield, and Phoenix’s Tyler Tio.
Also joining the shootout are Converge’s Juan Gomez de Liaño, Ralph Cu (Ginebra), CJ Cansino (Meralco), and Xyrus Torres (NLEX) in the All-Star week set from March 6 to 8.
Meanwhile, San Miguel’s JM Calma also begins his title-retention bid in the Obstacle Challenge among big men.
Calma, who won the contest as a NorthPort cager in the previous edition, defends his crown against Japeth Aguilar (Barangay Ginebra), Beau Belga (Rain or Shine), James Laput (Magnolia), Kai Balungay (Phoenix), Justin Arana (Converge), Raymond Almazan (Meralco), Henry Galinato (TNT), Brandon Ramirez (NLEX), Abu Tratter (Blackwater), Gian Chiu (Terrafirma), and Damie Cuntapay (Titan Ultra).
In a separate contest among guards, De Liaño, Robert Bolick (NLEX), RJ Abarrientos (Barangay Ginebra), Rey Nambatac (TNT), Tio, Ahanmisi, Juami Tiongson (San Miguel), Fran Yu (Titan Ultra), Felix Lemetti (Rain or Shine), Jerom Lastimosa (Magnolia), Anjo Caram (Meralco), and rookier Dalph Panopio will also dispute the Obstacle Challenge title.
