June Mar Fajardo imposed his might in San Miguel's title-clinching win in Game 6 of the PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup Finals. He later hoisted the Ramon Fernandez Finals MVP Trophy.
June Mar Fajardo emerged as the Finals Most Valuable Player as he powered San Miguel to back-to-back PBA Philippine Cup titles Sunday night, Feb. 1.
Fajardo posted a conference-high 29 points and 23 rebounds, fueling the Beermen's 92-77 thrashing of TNT in the Game 6 clincher.
He was also recently recognized as the Best Player of the Conference.
The nine-time Most Valuable Player, who also had two assists, two steals, and a block, became the first recipient of the Ramon Fernandez trophy.

The PBA Press Corps — which determines the recipient of the award — named the trophy in honor of the PBA great who won 19 championships, among other recognitions.
Fernandez himself presented the award at the Mall of Asia Arena.
