Justine Baltazar flexed his muscles on NLEX to help Converge fan its hopes for a twice-to-beat advantage in the quarters of the PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup.
Justine Baltazar shone with a double-double as Converge scraped past NLEX, 107-95, in overtime in the PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup Wednesday, Dec. 17.
Baltazar produced 25 points and 24 rebounds in leading the FiberXers to a seventh win in 11 assignments for a shot at a twice-to-beat incentive in the quarterfinals.

Jonnel Policarpio hit a four-pointer for NLEX to knot the count at 90-all, forcing the extension.
But Converge's Justin Arana took over from there to nullify Policarpio's effort and ensure his team's victory.
Currently at solo fourth with a 7-4 record, the FiberXers now await the outcome of the remaining games.
The Road Warriors, missing Gilas SEA Games 2025 player Robert Bolick for the second straight game, skidded to a third straight loss and a 6-5 tally.
