Jerrick Ahanmisi and Terrafirma are determined to finally break out of their four-game slump when they clash with fellow luckless Phoenix in the PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Tip off is at 5:15 p.m. at the Ynares Center in Montalban.

The Dyip aim to finally leave the crowded cellar, which they share with the Fuel Masters and Blackwater behind their similar 1-5 cards.

If its latest 95-109 overtime defeat against TNT can offer any consolation, Terrafirma can come into the match against Phoenix with confidence.

The Dyip controlled its duel with the Tropang 5G for long stretches before fading in the extra period.

Ahanmisi fired 26 points in the defeat but struggled to find his touch in the additional five minutes, where only Aljon Mariano managed to convert a field goal for Terrafirma.

But also aiming for the same goal is Phoenix, which itself is struggling with its finishing kick, the latest a fourth-quarter collapse in an 80–91 loss to Rain or Shine.
