NLEX overcame a roadblock in pacesetting Rain or Shine, 105-91, on its way back to the win column in the PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup at the Ynares Center in Antipolo Saturday, Nov. 8.

The Road Warriors capitalized on the Elasto Painters’ reed-thin frontcourt to claim a fifth win in seven games for joint second with their foes.

The Road Warriors will look to sustain this pace when they tackle Titan Ultra on Nov. 16 at the UST Quadricentennial Pavilion.

Match starts at 5:15 p.m., ushering in the Ginebra-Phoenix mainer.

Like most sportswriters, Jan Ballesteros once dreamed of becoming a professional hooper. But he learned the hard way that it’s not for everyone.

He continues to be involved in the sport he loves, but this time as a member of the PBA Press Corps. Aside from primarily covering the PBA, he is also assigned to cover Gilas Pilipinas.
