Rain or Shine came out with guns blazing but had to overcome a Blackwater challenge in the second half before prevailing, 110-100, in the PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup at the Ynares Center in Antipolo Friday, Oct. 24.

The Elasto Painters ran into a determined Bossing side after the break, making things tough for them when they looked to cruise to the finish line after a 21-3 start.

Meanwhile, the Bossing dropped a second straight loss after a triumphant opener against Terrafirma.

Rain or Shine will look to get a win streak going when it faces Titan Ultra at the same venue Sunday, Oct. 26.
