Rain or Shine looked set for a blowout after a 21-3 start, but faced a tougher Blackwater in the second half of their PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup encounter.
Rain or Shine came out with guns blazing but had to overcome a Blackwater challenge in the second half before prevailing, 110-100, in the PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup at the Ynares Center in Antipolo Friday, Oct. 24.
The Elasto Painters ran into a determined Bossing side after the break, making things tough for them when they looked to cruise to the finish line after a 21-3 start.

RoS still comfortably at 55-41 at the end of the first 24 minutes of play before Blackwater flipped the script at 77-71 at the end of the third.
In the end, it was the Elasto Painters who logged their second win against a solitary loss.
Meanwhile, the Bossing dropped a second straight loss after a triumphant opener against Terrafirma.
Rain or Shine will look to get a win streak going when it faces Titan Ultra at the same venue Sunday, Oct. 26.
