Kevin Alas fired 26 points as NLEX warded off Phoenix, 87-81, in the PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Malate Wednesday, Oct. 22.
The Road Warriors also welcomed their star Robert Bolick as they bounced back from an embarrassing 97-91 loss to Terrafirma last week.
Bolick skipped the team’s first two games as he flew to the US to attend his father’s wake.
