Without top guard Sedrick Barefield, Blackwater leaned on Christian David to down Terrafirma for a winning start to its PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup bid.
Christian David set the tone early and Blackwater scored a 107-87 win over Terrafirma to open its PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup campaign on the right track Friday, Oct. 10.
David dropped 18 of his total output in the first 24 minutes of action, where the Bossing led by as many as 15 points.

The Bossing played without injured Sedrick Barefield but still came out victorious at the Ynares Center in Montalban.

Blackwater will gun for win No. 2 when it squares off against Meralco at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao Wednesday, Oct. 15.
