Jack Cruz-Dumont is the son of former MBA player John Dumont. The younger Dumont was captain of the UE Red Warriors before deciding to join the PBA Season 50 Draft where he was picked in the third round.
Jack Cruz-Dumont will don the Blackwater colors come PBA Season 50 as he agreed to a one-year deal with Blackwater.
TMG, which represents Cruz-Dumont, bared the news to reporters Thursday, September 18.
“We’re happy to share tjhat we have signed Jack Cruz-Dumont to a one-year deal with Blackwater Bossing,” said TMG in a message.
Cruz-Dumont was tabbed by the Bossing with third pick in the third round of the PBA Draft last September 7.
The son of former MBA player John Dumont, the 6-foot-3 joins a stacked backcourt that also a features former No. 1 pick Sedrock Barefield.
