Ahead of PBA 50, the TNT Tropang 5G get a boost in the wings with the signing of veteran Kevin Ferrer, who last played for Terrafirma.
Kevin Ferrer has a new PBA home in TNT.
The Tropang 5G announced Monday that the veteran wing has been signed to a one-year deal.
Ferrer joins a stacked TNT squad that also feature the likes of Jordan Heading, Rey Nambatac, RR Pogoy, and Calvin Oftana.
He brings toughness and shooting for the Tropang 5G, who came two wins short of a Grand Slam last season.
The former University of Santo Tomas star is looking to rekindle a PBA career marred by injury.
After winning a couple of championships with Ginebra, the 6-foot-5 winger was shipped to NorthPort in 2019 and later found himself in Terrafirma.
