After enduring a second ACL injury, Isaac Go is hopeful he can be at full strength for Ginebra for PBA 50, which will open with the Philippine Cup.
There’s no timeline yet for Isaac Go’s return to the hardcourt.
The Ginebra big man is still in the process of recovering from an ACL injury he sustained during last season’s PBA Governors’ Cup.
“We have a check up next week. Process naman is okay, it’s been good,” he said.

A former no. 1 pick, Go sustained the injury in a 124-102 Ginebra win over Rain or Shine in September last year.
It happened when he tried to contest a three-pointer by Elasto Painters rookie Felix Lemetti with still 3:32 remaining in the first period.
One year on after the second ACL injury of his PBA career, the former Ateneo standout has yet to gain full strength.
“Hopefully get clearance to run and jump a little bit soon. We’ll see pa rin what the doc says,” he said.
The Gin Kings resume practice on Sept. 8, almost a month before the 50th season of the PBA opens.
