From Daniel Padilla and Zanjoe Marudo to the ever-supportive basketball wives, the stars aligned for a classic Ginebra-SMB thriller.
The Game 7 of the PBA Season 49 Philippine Cup semifinals between Barangay Ginebra San Miguel and the San Miguel Beermen wasn’t just a basketball battle—it was a full-blown spectacle, complete with courtside celebrities and the ever-present support of players’ wives.
First on the radar: Nasa’yo na ang lahat could easily describe Daniel Padilla’s Game 7 presence, as the actor brought major star power to the Big Dome alongside fellow showbiz heartthrob Zanjoe Marudo.

Also making an appearance were Korean Basketball League (KBL) standouts Carl Tamayo and Arvin Tolentino, who took a break from their overseas grind to witness the Philippine hardwood drama live.

But beyond the celebs, the biggest show of support came from the women closest to the game’s stars.
Jinky Thompson, wife of Barangay Ginebra captain Scottie Thompson, showed her ever-present support, while Cassandra Naidas-Aguilar, wife of Japeth Aguilar, Arlove, wife of RJ Abarrientos, and Chesca Bugia Tenorio, wife of LA Tenorio, were also seen proudly cheering on the Gin Kings.

San Miguel’s bench wasn’t without its own loyal backing. Hallie, wife of veteran guard Chris Ross, was in attendance, as was Mossah Cruz, rooting for husband Jericho Cruz.
