One Sports: What’s your father’s name? How old is he?
Russel Escoto: Rodell Escoto. Siguro, 59 na siya.
OS: What’s the best advice that your father gave you?
Escoto: 'Wag mong abusuhin 'yong mga tao. Lagi mong ipakain sa mga anak mo 'yong galing sa tama. Siyempre, 'yong kay Lord din. Lagi niyang ipinapaalala sa'kin na lagi mong uunahin si Lord kasi Siya 'yong gagabay sa'yo.

OS: What is one trait of your father that you would like to emulate?
Escoto: 'Yong being optimistic, being happy. Laging naka-smile lang kahit may mga problema. Lahat naman tayo nagdadaan doon. [Stay] positive lang.
