Jordan Heading is joining a team that has won back-to-back championships in PBA Season 49. That’s why there’s no doubt in his mind it will be easy fitting in.
After getting a feel for the system and culture, Jordan Heading sees no hiccups blending in with his new team TNT.
Just a day after the league approved the move that sent him to TNT from Converge for Mikey Williams, Heading was introduced to the Tropang 5G in practice at the Moro Lorenzo Gym inside Ateneo.

“That was really fun, just getting back out there and getting acquainted with the guys, getting acquainted with the offensive and defensive schemes,” said Heading.
Immediately, the former Gilas gunner feels him and TNT will be a “seamless fit.”
After all, here’s a franchise that has won back-to-back championships this PBA Season 49.
“I think it’s gonna be a pretty seamless fit in terms of them already having an identity and a culture that obviously wins championships,” he said.
“So I don’t need to come in here and try to change anything. I just need to come in here and do my role and complement these guys, and try to make their lives just a little bit easier.”
But he has yet to debut for TNT owing to a back injury.

On Friday, he showed up in street clothes as the TNT drubbed Blackwater, 108-82 at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
Whether or not he will suit up on Sunday against Ginebra remains up in the air.
“If Jordan can join us, that's great. But if not, we've got to figure out a way to win with the players in the team,” TNT coach Chot Reyes said.
