Kris Porter is making a PBA comeback.
This after Rain or Shine announced the signing of the former Ateneo big man on Wednesday, May 28. Details of the deal were not divulged.
Porter was the 16th overall pick by NLEX in the 2018 PBA Draft, but initially played for only four years in the PBA.
He last suited up for Phoenix in 2022.
Since then, the 30-year-old cager saw action in the MPBL with Batangas City.
Now, Porter joins a PBA squad in dire need of back up big man after Beau Belga was relegated to the unrestricted free agent list owing to vertigo.
The Elasto Painters are currently 6th in the PBA Philippine Cup with a 4-3 record.
