Tenorio is a seven-time champion with the Gin Kings, four of which he was hailed as Finals Most Valuable Player.

David, meanwhile, was Ginebra’s 20th overall pick in 2022 but played sparingly in two seasons.
The Gin Kings made this unexpected move just days after absorbing a 93-104 setback to San Miguel and a day before their game against NorthPort in the PBA Season 49 Philippine Cup.
