Ginebra appeared to have finally figured out Meralco after convincing 90-71 win in Game 4 that tied the PBA Season 48 Philippine Cup semifinal series last May 24.

But the Gin Kings are under no illusion that things are going to be easier in what has now become a virtual best-of-three clash between the playoff rivals.

“I’m happy but it’s just one game. After tonight, we can move forward and prepare for next game,” said LA Tenorio, whose surprise start gave the Gin Kings a big lift in Friday’s victory.

Tenorio made his presence right away for Ginebra, which leaned on a 31-15 start before cruising to the much-needed victory at the Mall of Asia Arena.

He ended up with seven points, four rebounds, six assists, and two steals in over 22 minutes of action.

Without the surprise factor however, the Bolts are expected to unleash a haymaker in response when the two teams meet anew in Game 5 on Sunday, May 26.

Match tips off at 6:15 p.m. back at the MOA Arena.

“They’re (Meralco) gonna be ready. I’m sure di sila ready na nagstart ako. Medyo nagulat sila dun. Fro sure next game they’re gonna be ready and it’s gonna be harder,” said Tenorio.
