The PBA and Japan B.League are both currently in offseason. It’s probably why Barangay Ginebra San Miguel big man Japeth Aguilar had the time to meet up with his former frontcourt mate Greg Slaughter.

On Monday, Slaughter shared on Instagram a photo of him and Aguilar posing with their one-year-old children, who apparently were born on the same day in 2022.

“Great catching up with you, @japethaguilar35! Fun times getting the baby birthday twins together,” Greg wrote on his Instagram story.

The photo is taken from a known indoor playground in the country, so it seems that the Team NSD Twin Towers spent their day babysitting and playing with their kids.

Aguilar and Slaughter, who are also both alums of the Ateneo Blue Eagles, played together in Ginebra for seven years, winning four PBA championships together.

Aside from playing for Ginebra, the 6-foot-9 Aguilar is also currently rendering his services to the flag as member of the Gilas Pilipinas pool, which is pulling out all the stops in its preparations for the FIBA World Cup.

The 7-footer Slaughter, on the other hand, is currently playing for the Rizing Zephyr Fukuoka in the Japanese pro league. The former PBA Governors' Cup Best Player of the Conference is signed through the 2023-2024 season.
