Jordan Clarkson already back in the lab, works out with five-time NBA All-Star

After a prolific stint for Gilas Pilipinas in the recently concluded FIBA World Cup, Jordan Clarkson is back to doing what he loves the most.

Well, basketball. Still.

Popular basketball trainer Chris Brickley posted a video of Clarkson being back in the lab already, putting up shots and working more on his game. He could've easily taken a few weeks off after lighting it up in the FIBA World Cup, but he didn't. That's dedication right there.

Clearly, the Utah Jazz guard didn't improve by accident. Videos of his offseason workouts have made the rounds on social media in the past. He's trained with the likes of Jayson Tatum, Aaron Gordon, and Kelly Oubre Jr., among others.

Add Kevin Love to that list. One photo showed Clarkson resting beside the five-time All-Star. Of course, they're quite familiar with each other as former teammates on the Cleveland Cavaliers. Clarkson is unlike Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo, who, apparently, doesn't like to work out with other NBA guys.

The 31-year-old Clarkson is a busy man. Aside from hooping, he also launched his signature line for athletic apparel brand Lululemon on Wednesday. It's widely known that JC likes fashion, even often wearing avant-garde drips during NBA games, so this latest venture is very much right up his alley.

The grind will ramp up for the former NBA Sixth Man of the Year as the new season nears. Being in a contract year, expect Clarkson to ball out. As usual, he'll provide instant scoring alongside Lauri Markkanen, Collin Sexton, Walker Kessler, and new addition John Collins.

Last season, Clarkson averaged career-highs of 20.8 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 4.4 assists.
