In the Philippines, streetball can take place just about anywhere in just about any condition. Rain or shine, in big space or tight corners, with standard or substandard rims, Pinoy hoopers play.

But that's true for a hoops lifer of any nationality, not just Filipinos.

This was exactly the case in this video shared on Instagram by user @wzzlovesport. In what appears to be a game between two Asian teams, the game continued even after it started to drizzle, causing the floor to be wet.

The result? Cagers become ice skaters. It's like hockey, but with a basketball.

The post even got the attention of FIBA, who then posted the same video on their Instagram account with the caption, “Coast-to-coast with no dribbles is now possible.”

While playing in a court like this is by no means safe, it sure did bring out a lot of funny moments — with players from both teams slipping and sliding all over the court as the game continued.

It is not clear if they saw the game to its end, and who won.

But with this degree of difficulty, perhaps they could use a new rule: one basket should be worth four points.
