The Savouge Spin Doctors strengthened its Spikers’ Turf lineup by adding Louie Ramirez, JP Bugaoan, and KC Andrade following the Cignal Super Spikers' decision to take a leave of absence.
Savouge bolstered its roster by adding big-time names in Louie Ramirez, JP Bugaoan, and KC Andrade following the Cignal Super Spikers’ decision to take a leave of absence.
Ramirez arrives as one of the league’s most accomplished young spikers. The 25-year-old is a two-time Spikers’ Turf champion, playing a key role in Cignal’s title runs in the 2024 Invitational and the 2025 Open Conference.
He was also named Finals MVP during the 2024 Invitational, cementing his reputation as a go-to scorer in high-stakes moments.
Beyond club play, Ramirez has been a regular fixture with Alas Pilipinas Men, gaining valuable international experience early in his career.
Bugaoan brings a championship pedigree and consistency in the middle.
A multiple-time Best Middle Blocker awardee across the UAAP and Spikers’ Turf, the 27-year-old anchored Cignal’s frontline during a seven-year stint that produced seven Spikers’ Turf championships.
Andrade rounds out the trio with a strong collegiate resume.
A standout for the Perpetual Help ALTAS, Andrade helped deliver a historic four-peat in NCAA Season 99 and earned Best Middle Blocker honors along the way.
The reinforcements come at a crucial time for Savouge, which finished fourth in the most recent Invitational Conference after falling to Cignal in the battle for bronze.
The Spin Doctors will look to finally chase the Spikers’ Turf title when the new conference begins later this month.
