Doraemon fans, it’s your time to shine.

The Doraemon Run will make its debut on February 15 at the SM Mall of Asia Complex, with over 10,000 runners expected to take part in the first staging of the event.

Organized by RUNRIO, the race is open to runners of all levels, offering 1K, 3K, 5K, and 10K categories for kids, families, recreational runners, and competitive participants. Framed around Doraemon’s iconic Anywhere Door, the event is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and community-driven.

Beyond finish times and podiums, the Doraemon Run draws from the themes that have long defined the character—friendship, resilience, and showing up when it counts. Those ideas carry through the race experience, from the starting line to the finish area.

Doraemon, along with Nobita, Shizuka, Suneo, and Gian, will make appearances along the course and race grounds, adding a familiar presence for runners and spectators throughout the day.

Registered participants will receive exclusive Doraemon race kits, including the official event shirt and race socks produced solely for the run. Limited-edition Doraemon umbrellas and caps will also be available, offering fans a collectible tie-in to the event.

The run is mounted in partnership with SM Mall of Asia as the official venue partner, together with SM Active Hub and AIPH Marketing Services, Doraemon’s official local licensing partner.
