Marck Espejo is set for another overseas chapter after signing with Taiwan’s TSG Skyhawks.
Marck Espejo is heading overseas once again after signing with the TSG Skyhawks in the Taiwan Professional Volleyball League, the team announced on Wednesday, Jan. 21.
The 28-year-old hitter will mark his seventh stint abroad after previous stops in Japan, Bahrain, and Korea.
Espejo heads to Taiwan coming off one of the strongest years of his career, anchored by his impact with Alas Pilipinas Men.
His two-way play was central to the national team’s breakthrough run at last year's FIVB Men’s World Championship, before capping the calendar year with a 30-point outburst that powered a comeback win over Vietnam for the SEA Games bronze medal.
At the club level, Espejo also checked off a long-awaited milestone, winning his first title with the Criss Cross King Crunchers in the 2025 Spikers’ Turf Invitational Conference.
He suited up in the early stages before stepping aside to fulfill national team duties.
Espejo now joins a Skyhawks side currently running second in the four-team league with an 18–12 record, bringing with him international experience and leadership as the Taiwanese club eyes a deep push this season.
