Booker is back in the lineup after missing a game due to an ankle injury.
The Suns star led the team with 27 points, with four rebounds and four assists as Phoenix improved to 25-17 with the victory.
In a back-and-forth game, the Suns overcame a 10-point deficit late in the third quarter, then controlled the pace in the fourth for the win.
Five other Suns were in double figures, with Grayson Allen adding 16 points and Mark Williams good for 14.
For the Knicks, Karl-Anthony Towns and Miles McBride fired 23 points apiece but New York dropped to 25-17 with the loss.
