Lakers star Luka Doncic and Bucks ace Giannis Antetokounmpo lead the first round of fan voting for the 2026 NBA All-Star Game, topping the Western and Eastern Conference ballots, respectively.
It’s no surprise who’s capturing the hearts of NBA fans early in the 2026 All-Star Game voting.
Luka Doncic of the Los Angeles Lakers and Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks are leading the charge in the first round of fan voting for the mid-season showcase.
Doncic tops the leaderboard with 1,249,518 votes, just ahead of Nuggets star Nikola Jokic (1,128,962) and Warriors ace Stephen Curry (1,031,455).
Reigning MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (878,621) of the defending champion Thunder and Spurs phenom Victor Wembanyama (769,362) round out the top five in the West.
In the East, it’s Antetokounmpo with 1,192,296 votes, followed by Sixers guard Tyrese Maxey (1,072,449), NBA Cup MVP Jalen Brunson (1,040,601), Pistons star Cade Cunningham (1,000,171), and Cavs standout Donovan Mitchell (851,155).
The 2026 All-Star Game, set for Feb. 15 at the Intuit Dome, is shaking things up with a new Olympic-style format.
Instead of the traditional East vs. West showdown, two U.S. teams and one international squad will face off in a round-robin of four 12-minute games, with the top two squads advancing to a championship clash.
If necessary, point differential will decide tiebreakers.

And based on the current fan voting leaderboard, the international teams are in for a tough ride.
Doncic, Antetokounmpo, Jokic, Gilgeous-Alexander, and Wembanyama—all leading their respective conferences—would suit up for the international squads, promising a star-studded showdown primed for fireworks.
Even with the format shake-up, fan votes still matter as starters from each conference will be determined by fans (50%), players (25%), and media (25%), while coaches pick the reserves.
Any roster gaps will be filled by NBA commissioner Adam Silver, ensuring each team is stacked for an unforgettable mid-season spectacle.
