Jaylen Brown scored 31 points and had nine rebounds, pouring 14 points in the fourth quarter as the Celtics completed the comeback in the trailing by 20 in the third.
Derrick White added 19 points, as Boston won a third straight game for an 18-11 mark.
Indiana drew 25 points from Pascal Siakam and another 20 from Andrew Nembhard, but the Pacers lost a fifth straight game and dropped to 6-23.
