Cleveland fired 24 triples on the way to beating Charlotte, 139-132, on Tuesday (PH time) at the Rocket Arena.
The Cavaliers needed all 24 of their treys and an 18-point lead, as the Hornets drilled 21 triples of their own.
Donovan Mitchell scored 30 points to lead Cleveland, making six triples.
Darius Garland and De’Andre Hunter had 27 apiece as the Cavaliers snapped a three-game skid to improve to 16-14.
For Charlotte, LaMelo Ball also made six triples on his way to 23 points. Kon Knueppel and Brandon Miller had 20 each.
The Hornets dropped to 9-20 with the loss.
