The Mavericks were quick to bounce back, grounding the Houston Rockets on Sunday (PH time) at the American Airlines Center, 122-109.
Dallas has now won four of its last five games, improving to 9-16 for the season.
Anthony Davis led the Mavericks with 29 points, also adding eight rebounds, two assists, two steals, and a block.
Brandon Williams added 20 points, whole Cooper Flagg was good for 19 points.
Houston got 27 points from Kevin Durant in the loss as the Rockets dropped to 15-6.
