The LakeShow run continues.
Austin Reaves and Luka Doncic once again took control, guiding the Los Angeles Lakers to a comfortable 133-121 win Monday (PH time) at the Crypto.com Arena.
Luka led the way with 33 points, 12 rebounds, and seven assists, while Reaves added another 33 points, five rebounds, and eight assists as the Lakers won their seventh straight game for a 15-4 record.
Despite LeBron James sitting out the first half of the back-to-back, the Lakers were never really threatened in their wire-to-wire win and led by as many as 26 points.
Deandre Ayton had 22 points and 12 rebounds, while Rui Hachimura and Jake LaRavia round out the Lakers’ double-digit scorers with 14 and 10 points, respectively.
Bryce McGowens led the Pelicans with 23 points, but New Orleans dropped to 3-18 for last place in the Western Conference.
