The Cignal Super Spikers will take home the bronze medal in the 2025 Spikers’ Turf Invitational Conference after getting back at the Savouge Spin Doctors, 25-18, 17-25, 23-25, 25-19, 15-12, on Saturday, November 29, at the FilOil EcoOil Arena.

Despite failing to defend their title, the Super Spikers will extend their podium streak to 16 straight conferences dating back to the 2018 Reinforced.

Tied at 11-all in the winner-take-all fifth set, Cignal banked on a pivotal 3-0 run capped by Steven Rotter’s service ace. Savouge would get one back, but in the end, Vince Maglinao sealed the bronze finish with an off-the-block hit.

Co-team captain Wendell Miguel was hailed as the Player of the Game after putting 21 points on 20 attacks and one service ace.

Four other Super Spikers finished in double-digit scoring with Maglinao and Rotter contributing 12 markers, while brothers JP and Martin Bugaoan added 10 each.
