After a rough 1-4 start, the Orlando Magic have turned things around, winning eight of their last 11 games with the latest coming from a dominant outing over the struggling LA Clippers.
After a slow start to the season, the Orlando Magic seem to be finding their rhythm even without superstar Paolo Banchero.
Jalen Suggs turned in a season-high 23 points as the Magic piled more woes to the struggling LA Clippers, 129-101, pocketing their fifth win in the last six games on Friday, November 21 (PH time).
Suggs caught fire early, firing 20 markers in the first half and finished with seven assists, five three-pointers, and a couple of steals and blocks.
Franz Wagner contributed 20 points, while Tristan Da Silva added 17 and Desmond Bane logged 15 of his own.
Orlando led by as many as 30 points, drilled 18 threes, and converted 21 LA turnovers to 33 points.
With the win, the Magic improved to 9-7 and have now won three of their last four games without Banchero.
Meanwhile, James Harden posted a game-high 31 points, marking his third 30-point performance in the last four games.
However, the Clippers suffered their ninth loss in the last 10 contests, falling to 4-11 as they continue to miss the services of superstar Kawhi Leonard (ankle, knee).
Orlando will aim for a third straight victory in hosting the New York Knicks (9–5) next, while Los Angeles continues its road swing with a matchup against the Charlotte Hornets (4–11).
