Manila gears up for the return of the Japan B.LEAGUE as the league brings the Hope Asia Hoop Festival 2025 to the country this weekend, running from Nov. 22 to 23.
The Phillipines is once again opening its doors to Japan’s B.LEAGUE as the Hope Asia Hoop Festival 2025 rolls on November 22–23 at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.
For the second time in just a month, fans will get free admission to enjoy a basketball showcase that goes far beyond the usual games—mixing skill-building, competition, and meaningful community programs.
Day 1 begins with the B.Hope ASIA Jr. basketball clinic, where young athletes can sharpen their fundamentals while learning “Defense Action,” a unique Japanese initiative that uses basketball to teach disaster preparedness.
In the afternoon session, a high-stakes 1-on-1 tournament with local players aged 18 and above will battle to showcase their promising hoops talent.
Day 2 brings even more action with the continuation of the clinic and a fast-paced 3x3 competition, giving fans a closer look at emerging Filipino talent.
But the festival isn’t just about on-court excitement.
B.Hope ASIA is also running its “Pass It Forward” program throughout the event, encouraging players and fans to recycle old uniforms and embrace the 3Rs—Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
Last month’s community-driven activities at the Tenement basketball court laid the groundwork.
This weekend, the Hope Asia Hoop Festival 2025 builds on that momentum—showing how basketball can be a space not only for competition, but also for learning, connection, and positive change.
