Philippine pool legends Efren "Bata" Reyes and Francisco "Django" Bustamante will join a stacked 128-man draw in the Philippines Open, the country's first Matchroom Major.
Two of the Philippines’ most iconic cue artists are back in action once again.
Efren “Bata” Reyes and Francisco “Django” Bustamante will suit up for the 2025 Philippines Open, set for October 21-25 at the Gateway Mall in Quezon City.
The Philippines Open is the country’s first-ever Matchroom Major, coming on the heels of the second-ever Reyes Cup which wrapped up over the weekend.
In partnership with Puyat Sports, the Philippines Open will showcase 128 of the world’s best pool artists in a single-elimination format for a $200,000 prize fund.

Joining “Bata” and “Django” on the stacked field are reigning world nine-ball champion Carlo Biado, Johann Chua, and Reyes Cup 2025 MVP AJ Manas.
World no. 1 Fedor Gorst is also set for action.
